Your Moving? Chapter Nine

After alot of comforting and jokes, I finally got Ava to get back into the meeting room. Everybody stood up when Ava came in. I kind of guessed that they would.

Ava's face was red and puffy and tears strains were all around her face and her eyes were even redder than her whole face put together.

"Are you okay?" Joy asked after a while.

"Yes," Ava wiped her nose with her arm.

"She's okay," I told them. "Just continue with the meeting."

"Okay," Madeline practically whispered. "Anyways, I was thinking that we could try doing meetings at Drew's house and do what we did to create hype when we first started the mystery club."

"Wait, what did you say?" I asked.

"What we did in the first place," Madeline repeated.

"No, before that," I told her.

"I was thinking?" she told me.

"No after that!" I exclaimed.

"I knew what you meant in the first place!" Madeline laughed. "Yes, in your house Drew. It's just as big as Easter's, your room I mean."

"I guess, but I don't have my own private phone number," I told them.

"Yeah, about that..." Madeline started.

"You got me one?" I asked, amazed that anyone would do that for me.

"Well, we talked about it..." Joy started.

"And we thought it would be worth it," Madeline told me.

"We all chipped in!" Reina exclaimed.

"What's a private phone number?" Ava asked.

"You don't need to know until your older otherwise you won't understand," I told Ava. "I guess it's decided then. Let's get moving!"

The girls cheered as I picked up Ava and did the same thing. Ava did the cutest smile ever. I will never, ever forget it.

Nintendo DSI

I got a Nintendo DSI for Christmas and it was so much fun to play with!

But, now I have nothing to do. I have no games, I have enough pictures, I can't think of any sounds, and the flipnote thing I don't have any ideas! As for the internet, it doesn't let you do anything fun. It doesn't even let you check your emails! I just wish I had one game at least so I could do something a little more... fun.

I guess it's great that God blessed me with such a game as that but I wish he could bless me with a game for it too.

Spending Too Much Time With A Person

We all have best friends and we all love to play with them but, spending too much time with them changes you in a weird way.

I spent almost every day of the week with my friend Liz and then on Friday we had a sleepover. She came over at 5:00, spent the night and stayed until 5:00 the next day! Way too much time can really change a person! I kind of got bored after a while. I really felt changed.

It was kind of weird. It's not like I didn't enjoy the fun we had but, somehow I was kind of bored. I just noticed that and I thought I should post it, because all of my followers might find it interesting.

American Idol
The Hollywood week continues on with group day.

It was really emotional for everyone on there apparently.

One group people kept quitting on them so they were forced to find another person and they barely got any practice when they did.

Another group was kind of mean to my favorite, Jacee. They kicked him out of their group. He was the guy that the other group found.

This other guy was having trouble learning the routine because he really wasn't a dancer. He was a singer, mainly.

There were more but I don't remember it as this time.

Jacee is still on at this time and so is somebody on the guy who wasn't a dancer's team and many, many more!

The Wizards vs. Angels Trilogy
For three weeks the Disney Channel has been broadcasting a special Wizards of Waverly Place trilogy called Wizards vs. Angels.

First Episode: Justin as you probably know is teaching a deliquient class for wizards and a new deliquient Rosie, comes to the class. Justin has a crush on her, or is in love with her. The thing is there's this big test coming up and if the class passes it they all pass out of the deliquient class! Rosie is really bad though and is risking their chances. Justin doesn't want to let her go but eventually he does. He is really upset so Alex helps Rosie by casting a spell on her to do what she does. And at the end of a bunch of trouble it is revealed that Rosie is an angel and she has a crush on Justin.

Second Episode: Justin's first date with Rosie doesn't work out when his family messes it all up so Rosie promises a do over date. When Alex hears about this she suggests the Angel Club in hollywood. She tricks Rosie into doing it and Alex, Harper, Justin and Rosie go to Hollywood but of course Max as Maxine finds this out and bribes Alex into getting her or him the Ozzie Osbourn star from the Hollywood walk of fame. In the angel club Harper and Alex do the Angel Shuffle. Unfortunely, the last part of the dance is "fly up!" which Harper and Alex can't do. After alot of testing the Ozzie Osbourne star comes revealed. Everyone thinks Harper, Alex and Justin are angels of darkness, the evil angels. Justin has a romantic talk with Rosie by the hollywood sign and it is revealed to the viewers watching the show that Rosie is an angel of darkness.

Third Episode: Justin starts acting bad and doing bad things while hanging out with Rosie. Everyone is confused because they don't know Rosie is an angel of darkness. They think Justin should be motivated to do good things just by being around her but of course it is the other way around. So Jerry sends Alex to find some guardian angels so that they can help her. A young guadian angel who hasn't earned her wings yet but is eager to, shows her where some guardian angels are. The guardian angel at the phones announces in the microphone for one of the guardian angels to guard Justin. Then the young guardian angel follows Alex home and sees Rosie. She tells Alex that Rosie was a guardian angel, even her guardian angel teacher, but she turned over to be an angel of darkness. Alex gets Rosie to reveal that she's an angel of darkness to Justin and Justin doesn't care. She helps her steal the moral compass which controls how people act. Good or bad. If it is set to good the angels of darkness can't do anything but if it's set to bad the guardian angels can't do anything. They bring it to the dark realm where angels of darkness stays and the leader sets it to bad. Then the leader plans on destroying Justin which Rosie is not happy about. She goes to Alex after Alex was mean to the little guardian angel. She is sorry, which angels of darkness usually aren't, and Alex goes to the guardian angels and finds that they are powerless and that the little guardian angel went to the dark realm to help Justin who declares himself an angel of darkness. The guardian angels give Alex emergency wings and she goes off to help the little guardian angel. Justin and Alex go into a battle changing the compass back and forth from good to bad. Finally, Rosie comes and tells Justin that she loves him. That changed everything. Justin set it back to good. Rosie becomes a guardian angel and Justin becomes a wizard again, but despite their love for each other they can't be together. On the up side because of the little angel's braveness she gets her wings.

Issues

Lately, I have been having problems. Like, problems through atalessons, probably.

I've been feeling frustrated alot lately. Every time I think about something like, maybe something bad I did in the past. I feel like I want to rip something or rip somebody's head off. If I had a book in my hand I'd want to rip it. Another reason I might get frustrated is when somebody does something that annoys me. It makes me want to strangle them. It has been kind of hard on me.

I've also been a little emotional. When something happens that maybe is a little frustration built up with other little frustrations. I just break out in tears and I have to take a moment or two to calm down and sometimes I never actually get over it. I just feel like I'm going to cry any minute. Possibly, a few tears come down, but I try and hold it in.

It's been tough on me, but I'm getting used to it. I don't feel that way all the time luckily. Sometimes I actually have good days. I just hope atalessons are over soon.

Sports Superbowl Results I told you about the superbowl last week and this is telling you the results. Who was the coin toss won by? The coin toss was won by the Packers. How many songs were sung at the halftime show, who sung them and can you name some songs they sung? There was eight songs sung at the halftime show by the Black Eyed Peas, at least I think that is their name. They sing songs like I Gotta A Feeling and Boom Boom Pow, I think it's called. Who won the superbowl and by how many points? All you Packers fans must be excited. The Packer won! They won by six points! I'm sorry for those Stealer fans out there. My opinion: Best Superbowl Ever! Entertainment I Hire An Idiot I Hire An Idiot is an episode of ICarly, the popular TV show on Nick. Starring Miranda Cosgrove as Carly. I Hire An Idiot is about how Carly, Sam and Freddie are getting worn out by all the work they are putting into their web show ICarly because it is so popular, so they decide to hire an intern. After interviewing they find the almost perfect intern for them but after they find him they interview another guy who is dumb but Carly and Sam think he is hot so, regarding Freddie, they hired him. After some problems with him, like him accidentally dumping lemonade all over Freddie's laptop and making them go off the air, he hires a dumb, hot girl intern. Carly and Sam want the girl intern to get fired, but Freddie says he won't fire her until they fire the boy intern. Eventually, Sam and Carly give in. They fire the boy intern. It turns out that the girl intern was actually the top of her class in college and very intelligent. So it was all a trick to get the boy intern fired. American Idol Hollywood Week 1# American Idol is starting Hollywood Week off. Some favorites were voted off like the one with all the personality was voted off. She was personally my favorite of the girls. My favorite of the boys is the one that looks like a twelve-year-old. He is still on luckily. Other popular ones are still on like the guy with the deep voice, the one who is doing it for his family and the one who is doing it for her kid who has hearing problems. As you can see I can't remember the names at the time so look it up if you would like to see. You can probably find it.

A Basketball Game and a Valentine's Day Party

Yesterday, the twelfth, I had another basketball game at 9:00. We did the team we did the second game. Suprisingly, we tied eighteen to eighteen. I got the gray star for offense because in one of the periods I scored two of the baskets or, as the coach said, all the baskets in that period but I think someone else might have at least scored one.

After we got our stars it was to my place to my party. The whole team came except for Kelsi who couldn't show up to the game so Maddie, Aris, Grace, Misha and Alexis came.

First we took a tour of the house from upstairs to the basement. I missed a few places like the music room and the bathroom on the main floor but they eventually saw them later so it wassn't such a big deal.

Then when we were in the basement we played ping pong. For this special occasion we set up the ping pong table. We were all pretty bad so it was pretty hard to get the ball going back and forth.

After that we came upstairs for snacks. There was oreo balls, popcorn, choclate, reeses hearts, and probably more that I'm just not thinking of at the time.

We went upstairs to my room to hang out but we ended up playing American Idol. I was one of the singers but I never got to sing because the pizza got here and we all ran downstairs to the kitchen to eat it.

There were three kinds of pizzas. Pepperoni, cheese and sausage. I had one of each and they were all delicous.

After pizza we played hide and seek. Misha seeked first. It was a fun game to play actually even though usually I don't like to play hide and seek because some people I know switch hiding places and it's really annoying.

Then when everybody had seeked at least once we played Wii. The main game we played was Wii Play. We played My Sims Racing too but not as much as Wii Play. I guess it's just a popular game. During playing Wii people started leaving and that was mainly it.

The Basketball Practice

I know I wrote another blog that has the same title as this one so don't get confused. Yesterday, I had another basketball practice, not the same one.

Yesterday, we worked on defense and avoiding defense. Coach Larson showed us how to do it the good way. I don't think proper would fit there. It was fun.

Greek Day

Yesterday, I had Greek Day for school. We acted like Ancient Greeks for a day in other words. We dressed up in greek clothes over our normal clothes.

First we talked about what the Greeks learned so we did stuff that the Greeks learned. I learned how to do the letters in Greek. Most of the symbols they use we use too. But some of them, like D which is shaped like a triangle, is not. Then using what we learned from writing we learned how to read some Greeks words.

The next thing we did is Gymnastics. Mom put a cushion in the middle of the living room and taught me how to do a headstand on it.

Next we did music. She taught me, kind of, how to play a stringed instrument we have. I know what most of you are probably thinking. No, it was not the violin. I forget what the name was actually, but it was way out of tune.

For lunch we had greek food such as Barley Bread dipped in Olive Oil, Salad with Italian dressing and Feta Cheese and fish. That was pretty much it.

I had a fun Greek day and I can't wait until mom lets me do it again, sometime.

Daddy-Daughter Date Night

Tonight was Daddy-Daughter Date Night and my sister and I went with my dad. All your daughters could come so... yeah.

I went last year but Leslie was sick so she couldn't come. It was really fun. First, we took pictures, next we had dinner, and then we danced.

This year, it was pretty much the same except that Leslie was there. The theme was western so for the picture we were up on a haystack. For dinner they had corn, chicken, bread, cornbread, beans, potatos, and salad. I think that's it. The dance was amazing except that Leslie didn't dance except for the Macerana.

This year they didn't give out prizes to everybody. Only a few people and I was really bummed about that. Oh well.

I had a fun time and I'm really glad about that. Dad if you're reading this I had the best time with you tonight.

Kids Time

I told you about Jamie on my last post. Well, Jamie goes to my church and we have kids time in the gym. The gym has basketballs and basketball nets.

Everyone seems to play basketball or at least shoot baskets with them. Jamie invited me to play basketball with her so I did and Jamie totally ignored the rules and since there was no referee she could just get away with it.

Despite the arguement I had with Jamie I had a good time at church. We talked about the miracle Jesus did by making a girl who was dead come back to life. It was a really sad thing to imagine how she was getting sicker and sicker and eventually she died but luckily Jesus saved her. Amazing right?

The Basketball Game

Yesterday I posted about basketball and today I had a basketball game. It started at 10:00 and ended at about 10:45. We played the first team we played.

As your probably wondering if it was like the first two games or the last game we had. Well, as you can probably guess, we were flattened. We got seven points and the other team got twenty eight points, same as we did the last game. Horrible right?

A reason I think I did bad was because of my ponytail. I hate ponytails! That means bad luck for me! (I'm kind of joking... )

It was hard because I was always had either Jamie, the most energetic on the team, or the tallest girl on their team. It was really hard on me especially when I was bringing the ball in.

Jamie was the most energetic person on the team. I like her and all but even my dad says she's fouled alot. They usually don't call it though. They even don't bring her out when she gets how many fouls you need to go out of the game for a period they don't bring her out. Sometimes they even let her stay in the lane for more than three seconds. Probably even more than a minute.

It was hard but I did my best. Isn't that all that matters?

Your Moving? Chapter Eight

Chapter Eight



We all met up the next day to hear what Madeline's idea was. She told us at school this morning that she had one but didn't have time to tell us so we met up at her house.

As soon as anyone was there I asked, "So what's the idea?" And soon there was a chorus of "Yeah" "What is it?" "Tell us!" and stuff like that.

"Is everyone here?" Madeline asked.

"Oh, just do the role call!" Joy complained. "It's the easiest thing to do and a time like this!"

"Sorry!" Madeline yelled. "Drew?"

"Here!"

"Joy?"

"Here!"

"Ava?"

"Here!"

"Reina?"

"Here!"

"This unofficial meeting will now come to order," Madeline pushed her way to the door to close it.

"Why'd you have to add unofficial?" Reina asked.

"And what does it mean?" Ava asked. Remember she's only like four.

"I don't know!" Madeline complained. "Just go with it!"

"If you don't know what it means then why did you say it in the first place?" Ava asked her.

"I was talking to Reina!" Madeline yelled. For a moment it was silence while Ava looked at her heartbroken. "Oh, Ava. I'm so sorry!" Ava didn't respond. Instead she ran out the door crying. "Drake can you talk to her?"

"Why me?" I asked.

"Your the closest person to Easter that I know," she told me. I blushed. Right now, I wished I wasn't surrounded by girls. They were going "Aww!" "You guys make such a cute couple!" "When was your first date?"

"Stop it," I plugged my ears. The girls just laughed. "Okay, I'll go and talk to her."

"Thank you, Drake!" Madeline told me as I shoved my way through the door.

I walked up to Ava who was crying in the corner of the hallway.

"Hey Ava!" I tried to say as sweet as I could like Easter always does. I even tried to talk in a girl voice which I never do.

"Are you trying to act like Easter?" she wiped her eyes and her nose. "Because if you are then it's not working." I thought about that for a moment.

"No. No I'm not," I told her in my manly voice. I sat next to her. "So why are you so upset?" I thought for a moment. "I guess I kind of already know."

"We have a mean new president," Ava looked down. "I really miss Easter." She started crying into my shoulder.

Superbowl
The superbowl is tonight.

The superbowl is a big football game played that's a big deal to all football players because it's for the title "Champion". It's always held on Sunday so many people call that Sunday Superbowl Sunday.

This is the XLV Superbowl. The two teams playing are the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers. Watch tonight at 8:00 on NFL.

Story
I am Angela and I have a best friend. Her name is Alyssa. We talk and play together all of the time. It's really fun.

One day she told me a secret. She made me promise not to tell her secret. After a while I couldn't hold it in anymore so I told my friend Leah. Leah apparently doesn't like Alyssa. She told her secret to the whole school.

Alyssa was mad at me but once I apoligized she forgave me. I will never tell any secret again because I will never forget the guilty feeling I had when Alyssa found out I told her secret.

Basketball

I started Upward Basketball again this year. We always have a basketball game on Saturday and I think tomorrow is the fourth one. The first two games, we didn't do too good. We only got six points for both of them but last Saturday was the table turner. Last Saturday we had the two tallest people by the basket to catch rebounds. When we had that we scored alot more points. In all we got twenty eight points and tied with the other team. Another move that helped us is called The Screen. Yesterday, when I have basketball practice, we practiced the move. When the person dribbling the ball down the court says "Go!" the two front people came up and started screening the girl that's on defence to the person with the ball. Also, one of the people by the baskets will go over and screen the other person's defence so that person can get available for a pass. Tomorrow we have a game at ten and if we did as good as we did last Saturday we just might win. Eastin

Canceled

I know today is usually the day I do songs (not famous) but I haven't been able to find my song book, and I can't think of any to write down out of it. I'll try to have it back by next Thursday. Eastin

Our Writer's Studio

Hey it's Eastin here. As close friends know I am homeschooled, again. Another homeschool family comes to my house every other week to do writing class. Our writing class is starting up a blog!
